My specialities include working with those who are living with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma histories, wishing to improve relationships, or simply navigating the many ups and downs of life.

My goal to help you feel comfortable and at ease as we begin this journey together. I believe you have the potential to move toward peace and clarity.
