My clients describe me as calm, easy to open up to, and genuinely hard to shock. They tell me they didn't expect to feel so comfortable so quickly, and that they finally have a space where they can be fully honest without bracing for judgement.

I work with people who are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside. They are navigating perfectionism, identity shifts, deconstruction from religion or high-control systems, and relational patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard they try to change them. Often times my clients spent years managing and are ready to heal.

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to carry something heavy in a room full of people and still feel completely alone in it. I wanted to be the kind of presence that changes that, not by fixing but by staying. My background in education and the military taught me how to meet people where they are and I build space for all kinds of people
