I am collaborative and aim to equip you with skills that will last long after our relationship ends. I often tell clients that the goal for me is to fire me. Whatever has brought you here, or whatever is burdening you feels heavy or impossible to overcome but it will not always be that way. Let's get you back on track.

It might be hard to see the future right now, we will plan for a future that is aligned with who you want to be. We will honor your culture, we will be agents for change, and my promise is that through the process I will adapt and pivot in the ways that you need.

casual and effective. I enjoy humor, pop culture, soft clothes, and pictures of your pets while encouraging you through what can be some really hard stuff. I might show to session in vans and a t-shirt but I like to look at that as my battle armor for your burdens.

while I think most people say that they want to "help people" if I am being honest at the time I wanted to help myself. Keeping ethics around self disclosure in mind I have lived experience with mental health and the amazing providers that moved me through that season inspired ten years of education to be able to be here for you.
