My clients describe me as empathic and warm. My main goal is for clients to feel supported and empowered in our counseling sessions.
I love to teach coping skills in our sessions so that my clients will have various tools to use in the real world. I tend to use an integrative approach combining CBT, mindfulness, exposure therapy, and more.
Together, we will create a unique treatment plan based on your goals. I believe that every individual has the ability and power to make changes and better their wellbeing. Sometimes we just need a helping hand and that's what I'm here for!

I became a therapist because I think we all deserve to have a place where we can feel comfortable opening up about the things we're going through.
