My goal as a counselor is to cultivate a warm and safe environment that offers a space for growth and positive change without judgement. I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating elements of multiple theoretical approaches.

use your time in therapy to express yourself openly, without judgment, and develop a treatment plan that feels right for you. My hope is that together we can work towards building up your ability to deal with whatever life throws your way.

I specialize in working with people who:

struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and other emotional issues. I have significant professional experience working with a wide range of issues, including serious mental disorders and life struggles.

I became a therapist because:

I love to assist my clients in developing their own sense of self, and path forward through life. I would feel honored to be part of your journey.

since I offer sessions through telehealth, I have the flexibility to accommodate your schedule, and respond as needed in case of last minute changes.
