I don’t think you’re broken. I work well with ‘high-functioning’ folks who feel anything but. Whether it’s anxiety, relationship challenges, perfectionism, substance use, anger, or simply feeling stuck—we’ll connect today’s stress to its source so change lasts. We’ll use somatic work, an attachment lens, and parts work (IFS) to heal at the root.

Make sense of what's keeping you stuck and build the tools to heal. I blend attachment work, nervous-system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR for any unresolved trauma—meeting you where you are and being directive when it helps. During therapy with me, you can expect warmth and actionable take-home tools to use in between sessions.

Relatable, genuine, grounded, and nonjudgmental—with a sense of humor. I bring real-world experience, an open mind, and a no-shame approach. Sessions with me are “like a workout for your mind, but in a good way!” I believe we’re all doing the best we can with the tools we have—and I’ve seen firsthand that no matter what you’re facing, change is possible.

I know change is possible and I’m passionate about helping people heal and build meaningful lives. I combine lived experience with 20 years of professional work. I offer a real-world perspective, and have a past of leading behavioral change groups. On a personal note, I'm married with three children (including teens!), and enjoy being active and outside.
