You’re not broken. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, perfectionism, substance use, anger, or feeling stuck, we’ll connect what’s happening now to the deeper root so real change is possible — not just manage symptoms. I use a blend of somatic, attachment-informed, and parts work (IFS) to support meaningful change.

Make sense of what’s keeping you stuck and build the tools to heal. We’ll explore attachment patterns, nervous system regulation, and parts work (IFS), while addressing any unresolved trauma if needed (sometimes using EMDR). Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and often includes practical take-home tools to support growth between sessions.

Relatable, genuine, grounded, and nonjudgmental—with a sense of humor. I bring real-world experience, an open mind, and a no-shame approach. Sessions with me are “like a workout for your mind, but in a good way!” I believe we’re usually doing the best we can with the tools we have and I’ve seen firsthand that no matter what you’re facing, change is possible.

May look highly functioning on the outside, but are ready for real change. You may be juggling a career, caregiving, or relationships while feeling anxious, depleted, or disconnected inside. I work well with people from all walks of life, including those who wonder whether their struggles “count” for therapy.

I know change is possible. I’m passionate about helping people heal and build meaningful lives. I combine lived experience with 20 years of professional work. I offer a real-world perspective, and have a past of leading behavioral change groups. On a personal note, I'm married with three children (including teens!), and enjoy being active and outside.
