I became a therapist because I believe that healing happens in the presence of compassion, curiosity, and connection. Growing up, I saw firsthand how powerful it can be when someone truly listens—without judgment, without rushing to fix. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people: what they carry, what they’ve survived, and what they hope for.
