I understand that so many people have experienced significant struggles that can often affect them by making them feel weak, alone, and helpless. That’s why I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard.

There are times when I will challenge you and growth will feel uncomfortable but please rest assured I do this with empathy and care so that you can feel supported while processing difficult issues.

I try to facilitate a safe, empathetic environment wherein you can feel comfortable and empowered while processing issues that you need support with.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced some form of trauma whether it be small and personal, or related to the larger social environment. I end up discussing many topics that have had an impact on people.

I became a therapist because I understand what it is like to go through struggles alone and I wanted to ensure that people have support.

My main goal is that you are able to work through things and come out the other side having grown into a healthier version of yourself. I am flexible in that I will be a person to vent to or someone to guide and teach you ways of coping with issues.
