I specialize in working with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in transition. Many are questioning faith, identity, or long-held expectations. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, eating disorders, and big life shifts who want a space where they don’t have to explain or defend their story.

I became a therapist after ten years working in the mental health field with a wide range of clients. I saw how powerful steady support can be during life’s hardest seasons and wanted to offer that directly. I’m an writer and painter at heart, and I believe healing can be both practical and creative.
