I work with individuals who have spent a long time managing relationships, emotions, expectations, and who are yearning to understand why. My approach is warm, collaborative, and unhurried. I use EMDR, ACT, and Clinical Art Therapy to help you access what's beneath the surface, because the most important things aren't always the easiest to put into words.

Together we'll look honestly at the patterns shaping your relationships and your sense of self. Where they came from, what they've cost you, and what's possible when they no longer run the show. We'll reconnect you with your own instincts, work through what's been weighing on you, and build the kind of self-trust that actually holds.

Warm, easy to talk to, and yes, occasionally funny. Clients often say they feel genuinely seen here, not just heard. That this feels less like a clinical appointment and more like a space where they can finally be honest about what's really going on.

Have been shaped by painful family history, childhood stress, or spaces that asked them to be someone they're not. People tired of doubting themselves or feeling like their needs have never quite mattered. I also work with neurodivergent individuals, those exploring gender identity, and teens and adults living with chronic illness or grief.

I believe that being truly understood, maybe for the first time, can change everything. I became a therapist because I want to support that moment for people who have spent too long feeling unseen or misunderstood. Everyone deserves a space where they can finally be honest, feel whole, and recognize the strength they've carried all along.

I practice at Radiant Mind Wellness in Murray, UT, and hold a specialized master's degree in Clinical Art Therapy. I enjoy seeing individuals across the lifespan, children, teens, and adults. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I accept several insurance plans and offer a sliding scale. My office is calm and welcoming.
