I believe healing starts with feeling safe, understood, and accepted. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. With children, I often use play as their language, and with teens and young adults, I focus on building a genuine relationship where they can explore emotions, discover their strengths, and create lasting change at their own pace.

We'll make sense of difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, work through life's challenges, and celebrate growth along the way.

Warm, genuine, calm, and easy to talk to. They often tell me they feel heard and comfortable being themselves. I bring curiosity, humor when it fits, and a belief that every person already has strengths worth building on.
