In our therapy sessions, we will work as a team to explore the roots of your emotions and life situations while discovering which unique strategies and coping skills work best for you. Together, we will learn how to set healthy, appropriate boundaries and, ultimately, help you find a deep sense of calm even if the storm still rages around you.

I support individuals seeking healing and growth, including survivors recovering from trauma and narcissistic abuse, as well as adults and teens navigating diagnosed or suspected Autism. My practice also provides a dedicated space for men and women recovering from pornography addiction, and for individuals learning to manage anxiety and depression.

With over 20 years of diverse counseling experience in child protective services, hospice care, and private practice, I truly love witnessing people transform their lives and find themselves.
