I blend Clinical Art Therapy with practical, evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy I help youth and adults explore emotions in creative ways while also building clear coping strategies they can use in everyday life. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on building lasting confidence.

Together, we’ll identify what’s feeling overwhelming and create tools to manage anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. We’ll use both conversation and creative expression to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and help you feel more grounded and confident in school, relationships, and daily life.

My clients describe me as warm and patient. They share that they feel understood and encouraged. I work at a pace that feels safe while gently encouraging growth and new ways of coping with challenges.

I specialize in working with children and youth navigating anxiety, academic stress, identity development, and major life transitions. Many of the individuals I support feel overwhelmed, struggle with self-esteem, or have difficulty expressing emotions verbally.

I became a therapist because I’ve seen how powerful creative expression can be in helping people feel understood and empowered. I’m committed to supporting individuals during times of change and challenge, and helping them develop emotional resilience, self-awareness, and confidence that carries throughout many avenues.

I practice at Radiant Mind Wellness, where we integrate creative arts therapy with evidence-based approaches in a warm and welcoming environment. I offer in-person sessions in Salt Lake County and telehealth throughout Utah, with a focus on individualized, developmentally appropriate care.
