I take a somatic and parts based approach with my clients. Strictly cognitive therapy was not effective for me, so I incorporate Brainspotting, somatic, and movement based interventions to help with processing.

work to reconnect you with your body to figure out what you’re feeling and how to express it. We will build trust with your parts that have been working so hard to keep you safe and heal wounded parts that are stuck in past traumas.

are teenagers, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem and confidence, life stress, and sports/recreation trauma. I also specialize in working with mountain/outdoor athletes.

I struggled a lot as a teen and young adult. I became a therapist because I don't want others to feel alone in their journeys. Healing is possible.

I offer telehealth and outdoor based sessions when priorly arranged. Meeting at a park or trailhead is extremely helpful to incorporate movement.

I operate in the Salt Lake City and Park City areas in Utah. I am also licensed to provide telehealth in the state of Idaho.
