Hi, I’m Sam Wilson, LCSW, and I’m the founder of Sam Wilson Therapy. I provide telehealth therapy in Utah and Idaho. My focus is women-centered, trauma-informed care and parent coaching/caregiver sessions for those who want grounded support and practical tools.

I support women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, and trauma-related stress responses. In therapy, we’ll build skills for regulation, boundaries, and self-understanding—while honoring your strengths and your pace.

I integrate CBT and DBT skills through a trauma-informed lens in a warm, nonjudgmental space. My clients describe me as warm, welcoming, and direct.
