I grew up attuned to emotion—always watching, wondering, trying to understand people’s inner worlds. That sensitivity evolved into a lifelong curiosity and deep compassion for others. Becoming a therapist felt inevitable: a way to turn empathy into action and offer space where people feel seen, safe, and understood.

I’m a trauma-informed, inclusive therapist offering fully virtual care. I support people navigating perfectionism rooted in early experiences. I also work with clients exploring gender identity or transition and offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I’m kink allied, sex positive, and affirm all identities and relationship styles.
