I am an eclectic therapist. I do not stick to one particular therapeutic modality, instead I use the tools I have to meet my clients where they are at. Sessions are not stuffy, but instead full open conversations and dialogue.

I specialize in trauma work (having four separate types of certifications in trauma), LGBTQIA+ populations, individuals moving towards gender transformation, spirituality, post adoption work, and parenting children with disabilities.

I wanted to help others make positive healthy changes in their life.

I am a mother of a biological child and an adopted son. My youngest struggles with Intellectual Disabilities and significant mental health needs. I am well versed in the systems of care at many levels.
