Transparent, warm, inquisitive, and leaning heavily into humor. I want you to live your best life, I'm here to support you in that.
In working with me, you will learn to dig a little deeper into yourself. I am a fan of holding space for the wide range of emotional experiences without judgement.
I am here to support you on this journey- we will explore whatever topics are pressing to you on the days we meet. I love to make connections between experiences and often help clients find common themes within their life.
The perinatal period (pre-conception and beyond) is my primary area of focus, inclusive of: infertility, NICU admissions, high risk OBGYN, perinatal loss across the spectrum, birth trauma, role transitions, and overarching parenting challenges.
