I want to meet you where you area and help you to find comfort in your life. I often utilize challenging, exploration, humor, and strengths.
In working with me, you will learn to dig a little deeper into yourself. I am a fan of holding space for the wide range of emotional experiences without judgement. It may be uncomfortable, but I'm here to support you!
I enjoy helping clients find connections between experiences, and help to identify common themes in life. My goal is to help you find peace, while living an authentic life.
I work within reproductive health and the perinatal period , inclusive of: infertility, NICU admissions, high risk OBGYN, perinatal loss across the spectrum, birth trauma, role transitions, and overarching parenting challenges. I am trained in grief.
