I enjoy working with women to manage and overcome feelings of low self-esteem, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, anxiety, and depression and to claim their life back after a significant change, like a breakup, loss, or move.

I became a therapist because:

I love helping people to recognize their worth and heal. I had a rough upbringing impacting my view of self and what was possible for my life.
