I mainly use ERP (exposure and response prevention), the gold-standard, evidence-based approach for OCD and anxiety. I won't just talk about your anxious thoughts, I'll help you actively practice moving through them. Expect warmth and directness in equal measure, and zero judgment about how "weird" your OCD sounds.

Together we'll get specific about how OCD actually shows up for you (i.e., checking, reassurance-seeking, mental rituals, the constant need for certainty) and build an exposure plan you help design, one step at a time. You'll leave with real tools AND insight. The goal: a life run by your values, not by fear. And you becoming your own therapist.

Direct but warm, someone who won't let you avoid the hard exposure just because it's uncomfortable, quick to laugh, and one of the few therapists who actually gets OCD instead of treating it like generic anxiety.
