Therapy with me is collaborative and personalized. We'll tailor our work to who you are and where you’ve been, allowing you to process past trauma and move through feeling stuck or overwhelmed, towards a place of lasting change. I use evidence-based tools like EMDR, ACT, and IFS... but I also show up as a real person who's steady, honest, and in it with you.

My clients are people who think and feel deeply, but still find themselves stuck, burned out, anxious, overwhelmed, or carrying pain from the past. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but quietly wrestling with patterns they’re ready to change. Many are asking deeper questions about meaning, identity, and how to feel truly connected.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in nonprofit and arts leadership. I loved helping people feel seen and connected, but I wanted to go deeper and support lasting healing. My own lived experience has shaped my understanding of emotional exhaustion, invisible labor, and meaning-driven work.

All services are self-pay. I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Most HSA and FSA accounts also cover therapy services. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots for those with financial need.
