From Psychodynamic Therapy, to Somatic-informed practices, and attachment-based systems work, I love to make my methods as individualized/special as those who seek my services.

Therapy should involve collaboration and consent; the client has a right to both be a recipient as well as a influencer within the therapeutic relationship. My job is to act as guide while you are empowered to tackle both inner & outer barriers.

I am seen as empowering, warm, nurturing, and insightful. At the core I am an advocate & a believer in the resiliency of the human spirit.

I have a passion for communities and the family system. I love to work with intergenerational issues; ranging from postpartum concerns, attachment ruptures, and relational/couples concerns.

I have been a recipient of what therapy offers and can speak to the impact it brings.

I believe that mental health services belong to all people, no matter their socioeconomic background or ethnicity. Everyone and anyone can benefit from being truly seen and heard.
