After the initial session, I work in collaboration with my clients to develop long-term goals and establish short-term objectives and interventions to reach their goals.

I like to provide a safe environment that allows my clients the ability to let down their defenses and discuss their needs without judgment or shame.

I work mostly with adults and teens who have difficulty adjusting to life stressors and who struggle with anger, depression, anxiety, and traumatic past experiences.

My passion for helping others who have experienced trauma ultimately led me to obtain my Masters's Degree in Professional Counseling in 2016.
