Something to know about my approach is that I’m direct, warm, and deeply practical. I don’t believe therapy has to feel vague or intimidating. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening, why it keeps happening, and what to actually do next.

You can expect therapy with me to feel collaborative, grounded, and human. I’m not here to judge you or hand you generic worksheets. I’m here to help you feel more like yourself again.

I bring 26 years of clinical experience, a strong background in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, relationships, and emotional regulation, and a style that balances compassion with honest feedback.
