I’m a social work student intern who believes healing starts when you feel truly heard and understood. I work with you as a team, helping build skills and confidence while honoring your story. I bring empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can learn, grow, and make lasting change.

Together we will set clear goals that reflect your values and create a plan that supports your well-being. We will identify your strengths to build on to support you in your healing journey. You will not have to do this alone; I will walk alongside you.

Even as an intern, I have been told I'm calm, thoughtful, and easy to open up to. I bring a balance of compassion, curiosity, and respect in all my conversations, whether I'm supporting a client, collaborating with peers, or learning from my supervisor.
