I specialize in maternal mental health, trauma, grief, and anxiety, and use a strengths-based, integrative, and holistic approach. I work with adults facing work stress and life transitions leveraging mind-body connection and thought experiments. I offer an intentional, thoughtful space to sort through the overwhelming, painful, or uncertain.

I'm here to help you meet the moments. Working with me means confronting life's roadblocks, and creating a stable, stronger path as you navigate your unique struggles. I'm comfortable working with a wide range of physical and emotional symptoms. I'm particularly passionate about helping clients reclaim their sense of purpose, self-worth, and resilience.

Candid, practical, warm. This work is my calling and informed my my own experiences in motherhood, grief, and stress management. I have practiced locally in DC and VA since 2016.
