The aim of our work together will be to guide you in gaining understanding of yourself, your thoughts and feelings, which give way to self-compassion, self-love and self-acceptance. We want to break the cycle you have been stuck in and allow the healing process to begin. You can expect to have a safe space for this process to happen.

My goal is to bring in a listening ear, a mirror of what I see and hear and, most importantly, create a safe space for you to make sense of the spider web that brings you to the table. I want to follow your lead; together we will help you get out of your comfort zone to create change and find relief.

You know that aha moment you get when working on a difficult problem, things “click,” and you finally understand? That is what being a psychotherapist feels like for me. Helping clients find those aha moments on their healing journey and witnessing the “click” as our work together yield understanding is what it’s about.

The pillars of my practice are: empathy, understanding, collaboration and a holistic approach. My goal is to help you find relief by creating a judgement free space where you can lay all the cards on the table to gain better understanding, which give way of self-compassion and healing.
