I specialize in working with people who are used to being the one everyone depends on, who seem to have it all together but feel overwhelmed, anxious, ashamed, or like they're never enough. I help people understand the patterns beneath their anxiety, depression, binge eating, and relationship struggles so they can experience meaningful, lasting change.

I became a therapist because I believe there are good reasons we operate in the world in the ways we do. I love helping people connect the dots between their past and present, process the emotions that come with that understanding, and discover new ways of moving through life.
