I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel stuck and need an outside perspective to help find a way forward. Having that support made a meaningful difference in my own journey, and I wanted to offer others the same—a safe place to gain clarity, discover what matters, and create meaningful change.

My practice is grounded in the belief that therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. I draw from CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, and other therapeutic approaches to create an individualized experience. Together, we’ll find what resonates with you and supports meaningful, lasting growth.
