Many of the women I work with are capable and caring, often holding everything together at their own expense. Life may look steady on the outside while internally there is tension or exhaustion. I offer trauma informed, relational therapy grounded in attachment and nervous system awareness. My approach is collaborative and rooted in genuine conversation.

My goal is to create a supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. You’ll learn ways to calm your body, understand your triggers, and navigate stressful moments with more clarity and confidence. As we explore what’s been heavy, I’ll listen for what’s said and unsaid, offering compassion and reflection to help you make sense of your experience.

Clients describe me as warm, grounded, and authentic in the way I show up. I don’t believe therapy requires a blank slate. I show up as a real person (thoughtful, present, and human) because healing happens through genuine connection. I hope our work together feels collaborative and real, a place where you can be yourself and know you’re not alone.

I specialize in working with women navigating the push and pull of doing it all - caring deeply for others while quietly running on empty. Many of my clients are moving through trauma, anxiety/burnout, postpartum or motherhood, or seasons of self-doubt. Together, we work to rebuild trust in themselves and create lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the moments when people feel truly seen - when understanding replaces shame and something inside starts to soften. I believe healing happens in safe, authentic connection, and I’m honored to walk alongside people as they rediscover their strength and self-trust.
