Life gets messy and behaviors get old; I’m not here to fix you but to walk alongside you as we sort through what’s hard and find what works. As an active military member and therapist, I value honesty, resilience, and authenticity, offering a space where you can be real and feel understood.

Together we’ll explore & make sense of your experiences, & work through your concerns at your pace. I use evidence-based tools & a collaborative approach to help you build insight, reduce symptoms, & feel more grounded. My clients begin noticing improvement within the first month of weekly sessions, with continued growth over time.
