I specialize in working with people who:

Feel anxiety and stress in some aspect of their life. We will ease these feelings, and create lifelong tools to maintain changes. I also help clients who are experiencing grief/loss or complicated health issues in the same way.

I became a therapist because:

Of my own experiences with anxiety, illness, and loss in childhood. It shaped who I am and drove my desire to help others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Teletherapy allows you to be in your private and comfortable space; and you only need time for the session, not for travel.
