My belief is that mental health is important, just as physical health. I became a therapist to assist others to maintain a healthy mental well-being.

I offer a sensory friendly environment due to my background in working with individuals on the spectrum and also with ADHD.
More about me and my practice:
I hold social skills groups as well as military spouse support groups. We use several tools, crafts, and visual aids during therapy. Our office provides individualized treatment to each client.
