My ultimate goal as a Counselor/Therapist is to provide an unbiased and open outlet to process emotions and feelings that present in the lives of my client’s. It is my goal to work with families, couples, individuals of varying age groups.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum disorder, and have learned skills for patience and understanding when working with the ASD population. I work with individuals to create a safe and environment for self expression.

I became a therapist because:

My belief is that mental health is important, just as physical health. I became a therapist to assist others to maintain a healthy mental well-being.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer a sensory friendly environment due to my background in working with individuals on the spectrum and also with ADHD.

More about me and my practice:

I hold social skills groups as well as military spouse support groups. We use several tools, crafts, and visual aids during therapy. Our office provides individualized treatment to each client.
