The most important aspect of what we do is provide confidential and ethical work, to assist client’s to navigate the change they want to see. It is my goal to work with all individuals to obtain a healthier balance.

I provide a open and “meet you where you are at” approach to therapy. Starting with recognizing individual strengths as a means for enhancing coping.

My belief is that mental health is important, just as physical health. I became a therapist to assist others to maintain a healthy mental well-being.

I hold social skills groups as well as military spouse support groups. We use several tools, crafts, and visual aids during therapy. Our office provides individualized treatment to each client.
