Thank you for your inquiry. However, at this time I do not have any immediate openings for new clients. If you'd like to be notified of availability, please contact me or schedule a free consultation to ensure connection for future work together.
My clients describe me as:
Someone who meets you where you are, welcomes 11B/grunt language, and solution-focused although I encourage your mind to be free-flowing in sessions.
Something to know about my approach is:
I provide a safe, accepting, & non-judgmental virtual therapy space. I take on a holistic and integrative lens focusing on mind-body connections, teaching clients skills, building strengths, and making sense of past life events to help gain clarity.
Together, we will:
Tackle problems head on, learn and practice safe and effective coping skills, even when it’s hard, and build an overall healthier life. We will plan to create a self-sufficient plan for yourself to utilize the new skills we’ll work on together.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are adults from a military family, including military spouses or partners, and veterans. I also work well with law enforcement, healthcare workers, and adult children of immigrants/family origin stuff.
I became a therapist because:
I come from a military family myself. I’m a Marine Corps daughter, Army veteran sister, and an Air Force Spouse. I have tons of other reasons!
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Telehealth provides a flexible schedule and setting for the type of lifestyle military families have. Also, my dog likes to say hi.
More about me and my practice:
Coming from a military family, I understand the unique challenges the military face. I believe that healing happens best when you’re treated as a whole person. (Insurance note: I am a TriCare authorized out-of-network provider)
