Together we’ll explore your experiences, make sense of what you’re carrying, and work through the things that are getting in your way—whether it’s trauma, stress, or just life feeling too heavy. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, understood, and in control of your own path.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, burnout, or unresolved trauma. Many of my clients are those who’ve spent years putting others first and are now ready to focus on their own healing, boundaries, and sense of self.

I became a therapist because I’ve lived through my own storms, and I know how isolating pain can feel. I wanted to be the kind of support I once needed—someone who shows up with compassion, listens without judgment, and reminds you that you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m the founder of Guiding Storms Counseling, LLC—a practice built on compassion, real talk, and helping people find steady ground in the middle of life’s chaos. I offer virtual therapy across Virginia and Florida, with a focus on creating a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and start healing.
