Since people are unique, my approach is combine pertinent treatment modalities. I also like to take into consideration any beliefs that guide core values, such as religion or aspects of culture. I also like to weave in humor when appropriate. When life may be feeling like a struggle, having lighthearted moments can be invaluable.
