I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and high-stress environments, including first responders and college students. I also support individuals navigating ADHD and major life transitions who are seeking clarity, stability, and effective coping strategies.

I became a therapist after years of working in high-stress and crisis environments, where I saw the lasting impact of trauma and the need for deeper support. This path reflects a long-standing calling to help individuals process difficult experiences and move toward healing and stability.

I bring a background in crisis response, research, and higher education into my work, allowing me to approach challenges with both clinical insight and practical understanding. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions in Virginia Beach and strive to create a grounded, supportive, and effective counseling experience.
