Feel disconnected, overwhelmed, lost, or that they "don't belong" as well as people who have experienced abuse or struggle with relationships or a harsh inner critic. I work virtually with clients all over Washington state.

I became a therapist because:

I began my own inner work after struggling with my own addictions. This experience taught me about who I am and what I value most.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

COVID introduced virtual therapy to the world and I find it just as effective as in person. Also you get the convenience of being in you own space.

In my free time I find joy in getting into nature, connecting with people, and finding creative outlets that inspire me. I value setting aside time to slow down and connect with the present, acknowledging that this is where our life happens.
