My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where your story is heard and honored. I take a holistic view of healing—considering not just symptoms, but your whole self: emotional, biological, social, and spiritual. In our work together, the first session is an assessment to what is going on and determine what direction to take and what goals you would like. I draw from evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and systemic approaches. With couples, I use the Gottman Method—an empirically research-based model.

My clients describe me as non-judgmental, calm, and easy to talk to.
