My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in the healing power of connection. I integrate talk therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and nature-based practices to support clients in building resilience, repairing attachment wounds, and creating lasting change.

I specialize in working with people who feel disconnected from themselves or others, struggle with dissociation, are struggling with changes in life roles like parenting, career changes, or experience social anxiety. I help clients build safety, presence, and connection—so they can engage more fully in relationships, life, and their own healing journey.

I have always valued supporting others and believe that I have a deep sense of empathy for what others are going through. In my own lived experience I have experienced grief, trauma, and loss, and also the benefit of excellent therapy and support. One of my goals is to pay it forward and provide the best care I can for my clients.

Two themes have always been in focus for me. Working with animals, and helping people. I started my professional journey out in prevention programming and animal-assisted interventions with a focus on research and evaluation, but soon realized that my passion was in working directly with people. I love therapy, and look forward to providing excellent care.
