I work with people navigating experiences that leave them feeling lost and deeply disconnected, such as chronic illness, relationship issues, religious deconstruction, life transitions, and more. I use Internal Family Systems and other systems-based approaches to create an affirming, collaborative space where you can get to know every part of yourself.

We'll make room for grief and change, understand patterns that may no longer be serving you, and work toward a deeper sense of connection, identity, and belonging. Therapy doesn't require having everything figured out before you begin. We'll share a space where you can slow down, ask difficult questions, and explore what matters to you without judgment.
