I blend diverse therapeutic methods, tailored to your unique journey. This may involve mindfulness, Eastern philosophy, reiki energy support, CBT, Gottman therapy, IFS, creative arts expression, and the principles of non-violent communication.

We will collaborate to identify your main goals for our time together, and periodically thereafter we'll check in to celebrate progress and identify any challenges or roadblocks. We may also change or add new goals as we go along.

I work with adults aged 18 and older dealing with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and challenges in relationships, family dynamics, or self-esteem. My clients aspire to make positive shifts and grow towards their best selves.
