You are the expert on your life, and our work moves at your pace, guided by your goals and values, with a focus on self-awareness, self-esteem, and tools that support lasting emotional well-being.

In our first session, I focus on helping you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll build rapport, explore what brings you to therapy, and identify your goals. There’s no rush to share everything — trust grows over time. Therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and effective.
