I help people process ‘relationships’ (breakups, separation, dating, divorce) by helping you identify with feelings like resentment, anger, anxiety and guilt - toward others and within ourselves. (All of which can make us feel disconnected and alone.) Our therapy sessions help you define what’s missing, figure out what you want, and connect with yourself.

Develop tools to work through anxiety, past regrets, self doubt, negative self-image, and dispose of the negative loud inner-monologue (which can come up, frequently, when in life a transition) In order to understand (and have) the relationships you want.

A therapist who has no problem breaking out into dance when something feels good, during a session. Some people may describe that as ... unprofessional.
