I bring curiosity, compassion, and presence to each session. I draw from IFS, mindfulness, and existential therapy to help clients deepen their connection to themselves and the people in their lives.

Come to know your whole self: the parts of you that hold trauma, those that protect you, and those that can help you heal. You already have the tools you need; my role is to help you unlock them.

Validating, curious, present, and attentive. I aim to provide a wide-open, exploratory safe space, free of judgment.

Feel dissatisfied with their connection to self and community, are seeking a greater sense of purpose, or feel their emotional world is mysterious and unfulfilling.
