Someone who creates a calm, safe space where they can be themselves—where vulnerability is met with care, and challenges are approached with curiosity
I focus on helping people build resilience, understand themselves more deeply, and reconnect with what matters most—even in the midst of pain, loss, or uncertainty. My approach is relational, evidence-based, and tailored to you.
Identify patterns or life experiences that are keeping you stuck and create a space where we can explore these challenges with curiosity rather than judgment while we work together toward meaningful change.
Are navigating chronic pain or illness, or complex interpersonal and emotional experience who want to get "unstuck," deepen their self-understanding, improve their relationships, and find new ways to respond to life’s challenges.
I’ve always been drawn to the complexity of human experience—how we think, feel, and relate—and to helping people shift long-standing patterns.
I am board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) a distinction held by only 4% of psychologists. I also spent over a decade in the public service sector before moving into private practice.
