My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I will support you with both practical tools to improve your daily functioning and a space to process deeper emotions and experiences. In order to create lasting, meaningful change we will go beyond surface-level symptoms and behaviors to access, process, and transform what lies underneath.

We will pay attention to patterns in how you relate to yourself and others, and use our relationship as a place to highlight these and build new, more secure ways of connecting. We will build a strong therapeutic relationship on which I can both support you and challenge you to find the changes you are seeking.

Genuine, accepting, and honest. I want you to feel completely safe and comfortable to be yourself in our space together. I will also help you clearly see and name what patterns and behaviors might be harming you or keeping you stuck.

are struggling in their relationships, navigating grief and loss, feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and/or sadness, or perhaps just want to get to know themselves a bit better. I additionally work with couples and families striving to increase connection, repair ruptures, and decrease conflict.

I longed to do work rooted in relationships and connections. Much of my work has been shaped by my own experiences in therapy. I know how overwhelming it can be to reach out for support and get started. I also know how beneficial a positive therapeutic experience can be – and how important it is to find the right fit.

I have a lot of experience working with teens and young adults who are getting to know themselves better, processing their pasts, and building steadier foundations for the future. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, confident in your ability to navigate challenges, and able to access a greater sense of peace within.
