that my focus is entirely on you and what you need in that moment. A session with me is a safe, judgement free zone where you will be supported and guided to heal, grow, and find the answers you need from within.

work together to identify the challenges that are keeping you stuck, and then find their root cause so I can guide you in healing and building new healthy habits and coping strategies. Everyone is unique, so I customize my approach to the individual.

I specialize in working with people who:

are dealing with challenges such as anxiety, trauma, burnout, addiction, and healing from abuse and other unhealthy relationships. My focus is on working with my clients holistically, so that I can support them in all areas of their lives.

I became a therapist because:

my greatest strength is empathy, and from a young age I have always been the person others would come to for non-judgmental listening and support.

that I work virtually, which helps you relax and feel safer and more comfortable, relieving much of the stress and pressure of traditional therapy.
